We roast to order once a week. The very next day we pack and ship every batch, so it’s on its way while the flavors are still developing. Coffee peaks between 3–5 days after roast, which means it should arrive at your door right when it’s “just right” and ready to enjoy.

Our beans are never flavour-infused and never “wear make-up.” They’re 100 % real, specialty-grade coffees from a variety of origins. We simply roast each lot to the level that best highlights its natural tasting notes—nothing added, nothing masked.
